Netpower Business Solutions AS is the data controller for workplacesafety.no. Netpower IT Solutions AS (org. no. 982 375 681) is the processor.

2. What we process and why

We process this data when you use our website:

• Server logs: IP address, URL and browser type. Kept for 14 days, for security and operations. Basis: legitimate interest.
• Web forms: name, email, phone, organisation and message, submitted through the embedded Pipedrive web forms on this site. Sent to Pipedrive for follow-up.
• Demo bookings: on /en/book-demo-of-workplace-safety/, the details you enter into the embedded Calendly scheduler are stored.

3. Cookies

Necessary cookies make the website work. With your consent we also use cookies for statistics (Google Analytics), for advertising (Google Ads, Leadfeeder), and to show the enquiry and demo booking forms (Pipedrive, Calendly).

• Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, Google Ads). Data may be processed in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Liidio Oy, Finland (EU), trading as Leadfeeder.
• Pipedrive OÜ, Estonia (EU).
• Calendly LLC, USA. Data is processed under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Legal basis

Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act § 3-15) is the basis for non-necessary cookies. Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) is the basis for server logs and necessary cookies. Contract or legitimate interest is the basis when you send us an enquiry.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and you can object to the processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Change your cookie choices

You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no), if you think we process your data unlawfully.
