Chemical applications in the offshore industry on the Norwegian continental shelf are subject to strict environmental and safety requirements ChemCenter’s chemical application feature is fully integrated with risk assessment and substitution, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow from start to finish.
We use automation to simplify the application process, from completion to approval, by retrieving the necessary data that is already available in the system. This gives both operators and external stakeholders a faster, safer, and more controlled workflow.
Key automation features:
- Relevant data is automatically entered into the application form, including content from the safety data sheet (SDS) and information about protective measures (control measures, personal protective equipment).
- Content and intended use are automatically checked against risk assessment criteria and emission permits.
- Automated approval of low-risk chemicals based on predefined criteria.
