Find safety data sheets for your chemical inventory
Search more than 20 million safety data sheets from manufacturers and suppliers. Choose the correct product, language and country-specific version, or upload your own PDFs.
The database is provided by SDS Manager. Content from the 16 sections of each safety data sheet is digitised and searchable. When a revised version becomes available, you receive a notification. Your team reviews the changes and updates the chemical inventory and affected risk assessments.

Frequently asked questions
What do we do when a safety data sheet is missing from the database?
You can upload your own safety data sheets as PDF files in Workplace Safety. The files are digitised automatically, so the content can be used in the chemical inventory.
Which languages and country-specific safety data sheets are supported?
Workplace Safety has Norwegian, Swedish and English as system languages, and the SDS database contains documents in several languages and versions adapted to different countries. The correct document must be chosen for the product and for the country where it is used.
