Get started with Workplace Safety – we handle the setup
Netpower sets up the complete solution for you. We help with chemical data, locations and access, provide training and support you as you start using your chemical inventory.
From the first conversation to a working chemical inventory
1. We agree what you need
Tell us where chemicals are used, who needs access and what you want to manage more effectively. We agree the scope and the information we need from you to get started.
2. Netpower configures your organisation
We create your locations and departments and set up users, roles and access. You confirm that the structure fits your organisation and the right people have access.
3. We bring in your chemical data
We help you export existing information and handle the import from your current system, spreadsheets or safety data sheets. We connect chemicals to the right locations and identify anything that is missing or needs updating.
4. We review the setup together and provide training
Together we check the chemical inventory and access settings. We show HSE professionals and other users how to find safety data sheets and carry out their tasks in the solution.
5. You start using the system, with our support
We help with questions and adjustments during the initial period. You then have access to customer support, with further training and advisory services as your needs change.
What we need from you
We handle the setup. Your part is to share the information you have and explain how chemical management works in your organisation.
- A contact person who knows your organisation and can answer questions.
- An overview of your locations, departments and the people who will use the solution.
- Existing chemical lists and safety data sheets, or access to an export from your current system.
No consolidated chemical inventory yet? We help you find a practical starting point and agree what chemical mapping is needed.
Start with what you need now
We agree which parts of the solution you will use first. Training covers risk assessment, substitution, exposure records and reporting according to your needs. If you want single sign-on or user synchronisation, we work through the requirements with your IT contact.
The setup depends on your locations, existing data and any integrations. We agree a plan once we understand the scope.
